Pestilence is one of the Four Kaiken designs i created at the start of 2022.
As all of them it is heavily inspired by traditional small japanese knives, that i wanted to bring into those very contemporary knives. After all there was no resin stabilized paracord and kydex in japan when kaikens were created.
Pestilence is a small double edged knife with that classical handle shape which supports every possible knife grip. It is deadly no matter what techniques you are using but it needs to be handled with a great deal of care and precision to be effective. The only features that stop this knife from going into your hand are the incredible security of a paracord handle and a back of the knife that you can rest your thumb on. Pestilence will get you if you don't show it enough respect.
